Prior To Your Session -
- Prior to your session you will have the opportunity to book a discovery call where we can discuss your up and coming Energy Healing session, during this call you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
- Following our call/email correspondence - If you choose to work with me payment will be accepted to secure your session.
- 24hrs before your session begins you will receive an appointment reminder via txt or email
- 20mins before your session begins, you will receive a message via txt message/ email with a YouTube playlist attached to assist you in your relaxation for the duration of your session.
During Your Session -
During your remote session intentions will be set towards your specific healing needs based on our discovery call and my own intuition. I will then connect to both your energy and universal life force energy and the session will begin.
Universal life force energy will be channeled to you for the duration of your session, this energy will work to clear any stagnant energies from your chakras, and bring your mind, body and spirit into harmony, all while you relax in the comfort of your own environment.
The benefits of this session will be equal to those of an in person session and your only job throughout the session will be to relax, let go and be open to receive this sacred energy .
Throughout the session it is not unusual for clients to experience a range of bodily sensations, as well as see visions inc colours and images - some people feel so relaxed that they fall asleep for some or all of the session - Whatever your experience please know that this healing energy is working exactly as it is meant for you.
Once our session is complete, i will disconnect from your energy bringing the session to a close.
Following your session -
Upon the closing of your remote session you will receive a message to confirm your session has come to an end, this message will also include some aftercare advice.
In the following days you will be sent a full report, this report will detail which chakras could most benefit from your attention at this time, what was picked up in your energy throughout the session, as well as any - signs, symbols or messages that may have come up for you during your session.
