Prior To Your Session -
- Prior to your session you will have the opportunity to book a discovery call where we can discuss your up and coming Reiki Healing session, during this call you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
- Following our call/email correspondence - If you choose to work with me, payment will be accepted in full to secure your session.
During Your Session -
During your remote session intentions will be set towards your specific healing needs based on our discovery communications. I will then connect to both your energy and reiki (universal life force energy) and the session will begin.
Reiki will then be channeled to you for the duration of your session, this energy will work to clear any stagnant energies from your chakras, and bring your mind, body and spirit into alignment.
All that is required of you is to relax and be open to receive for the duration of your session.
Throughout the session it is not unusual for clients to experience a range of bodily sensations, as well as see colours and images, have emotional releases and many people even fall asleep - Whatever your experience please know that this healing energy is working exactly as it is meant to for you

Following your session -
Upon the closing of your remote session you will receive a message to confirm your session is complete, this message will also include some aftercare advice.
In the following days you will be sent a full report, this report will detail which chakras could most benefit from your attention at this time, what was picked up in your energy throughout the session, as well as any - signs, symbols or messages that may have come up for you during your session.
